TERMS OF USE FOR CLEAR PHOTOPOLYMER STAMPS

With the purchase or use of Pretty Cute Stamps clear photpolymer stamps, you agree to the following terms of use.

These stamped images and sentiments may be used for Personal and Small Scale Commercial Use. Images may be used only in hand stamped form. Small Scale Commercial use (less than 100 units produced) is allowed as long as you incorporate the images or sentiments into your own projects. Please contact me for information on pricing for larger scale commercial use. All craftworks must be hand stamped. Mass production of items bearing these images or sentiments is strictly forbidden. Credit is required on posts/listings/packaging for ANY commercial use: “© Pretty Cute Stamps: www.prettycutestamps.com”. Credit for personal use is greatly appreciated.

You may not scan, copy, reproduce, make molds, or distribute copies of these stamps, in part or in whole, in any way. You may not alter the images or save them in a digital format to share or resell. This includes, but is not limited to, converting them to clip art, digital stamps, or cutting files or digitizing the images or sentiments for use with embroidery machines for sharing or reselling. Unwatermarked images may not be posted or shared in any way.

You may not share or resell these images or sentiments as a part of a clip art set, digital collage sheet, digital stamp set, logo, advertisement, or as a stand-alone product.

You may not create rubber or acrylic stamps (or other types of stamps) using these images or sentiments.

You may not copy or reproduce the designs sold by Pretty Cute Stamps.

You may not upload the images/files or use the images in designs for Print on Demand sites including, but not limited to Zazzle, CafePress, CowCow, and Red Bubble, etc. Lisa Norris retains all rights to these images.

You may not claim the artwork as your own.

Pretty Cute Stamps reserves the right to amend these terms of use at any time.

By purchasing these stamps you are not purchasing the rights. All copyrights are retained by the artist.
